By accessing or using SadanaDev ("the Platform") at sadanadev.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use SadanaDev. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or subscription with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from SadanaDev
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or download content in bulk
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform's security
• Impersonate another user or provide false account information
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free plan: Access to free topics with no time limit. No payment required.
• Annual plan: Billed at ₹1,999/year. Renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Lifetime plan: One-time payment of ₹3,999. No future renewals.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your Annual plan at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay and subject to their terms.

5. Content Ownership

All content on SadanaDev, including topic articles, code examples, and study materials, is owned by SadanaDev and protected by copyright. Your personal notes belong to you. We do not claim ownership over notes you create.

6. Availability

We strive for 99%+ uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform with reasonable notice to subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

SadanaDev is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to a claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
